Your body finished
treatment

I walked it
I'm a breast cancer survivor. I know what it feels like when your hands tingle at 2am and you wonder if it will ever stop. I know the quiet terror of every follow-up appointment. I know what it's like to look in the mirror a year after treatment and not recognize the body looking back at you.
I also know — because I lived it — that there is a path from that moment to one where you feel strong, present, and at home in your skin again. I couldn't find a guide who truly understood a post-treatment body, so I became one.
As a yoga teacher and breath, strength, and flexibility coach, I've woven together everything that helped me rise — and built it into a method specifically for women like us.
